Potentia360 Ambassador Program

The Potentia360 Ambassador Program is designed for students who have participated in a Potentia360 experience and are ready to deepen their involvement, strengthen their leadership, and create opportunities for others.

Throughout the year, ambassadors work alongside peers, mentors, educators, women leaders, and industry professionals. They move from attending events to help shape programs, lead initiatives, represent the mission, and create meaningful experiences for the students who follow them.


Growth happens through real experiences.

Every part of the program is intentionally designed to help ambassadors practice leadership, build confidence, create measurable impact, and leave a legacy. 


  • Leadership Launch: Begin the year with an interactive onboarding experience that builds belonging, clarifies expectations, and prepares every ambassador to lead.
  • Leadership Development: Participate in workshops focused on communication, teamwork, initiative, professionalism, confidence, and future-ready leadership.
  • Mentorship & Community: Grow through a supportive network of peers, alumni, women leaders, mentors, and industry professionals.
  • Real Leadership Roles: Take ownership of meaningful projects, programs, outreach efforts, and experiences that advance the Potentia360 mission.
