Explore, discover, and unleash your potential in a world full of opportunities.
In 2022, Potentia360 launched its comprehensive suite of programs to empower high school girls from underrepresented backgrounds to become tomorrow's visionary leaders. This initiative is designed to inspire, equip, and support participants at different stages of their personal and leadership journeys, focusing on three core pillars: industry exposure, skills development, and leadership empowerment.
Industry Exposure through the Inspire360 Program
At the foundation of Potentia360's programs is the Inside Look initiative, which introduces high school girls to transformative industry experiences. This program allows participants to visit leading companies such as Nissan and Schneider Electric, where they engage directly with industry leaders, learn about emerging careers, and explore technologies reshaping the future. By providing firsthand exposure to real-world applications and career opportunities, the Inside Look Program inspires participants to envision themselves in high-demand industries.
Skills Development through the Future Leaders Summit
Building on the foundation of industry exposure, the Future Leaders Summit provides an immersive week-long experience focused on equipping participants with critical skills for the future of work. Through hands-on workshops, leadership training, and real-world problem-solving, students gain knowledge and practical expertise in emerging technologies like artificial intelligence and biotechnology. This stage is designed to foster innovation, resilience, and confidence, enabling participants to take meaningful steps toward their career aspirations.
Empowerment and Leadership through the Ambassador Program
For students ready to deepen their involvement, the Ambassador Program offers a year-long opportunity to develop as leaders while giving back to their communities. Ambassadors take on critical responsibilities, including organizing events, mentoring peers, and spearheading fundraising initiatives. This stage emphasizes empowerment, leadership, and purpose, enabling participants to refine their skills in communication, project management, and collaboration while making a tangible impact. Ambassadors not only grow as individuals but also contribute to the sustainability of Potentia360’s mission by inspiring the next generation of participants.
By addressing the unique needs and aspirations of high school girls at each stage of their leadership journey, Potentia360's programs aim to break down barriers to technology and leadership careers, increase diversity in innovation, and create a pipeline of confident, capable young women ready to lead in STEM and beyond.
Through this holistic approach, Potentia360 is not only transforming individual lives but also shaping a future where leadership is more inclusive, equitable, and representative of all voices.
We are thrilled to announce that this year, Potentia360 has partnered with Women in Technology of Tennessee (WiTT) to offer an exciting four-day summer program designed to inspire and empower high school girls to pursue careers in STEM and related fields.
The program allows students to explore various college and career options, gain hands-on experience, develop new skills, and engage with professionals and industry leaders in a supportive and empowering environment.
As part of the program, students will visit the Nissan plant and experience the industry firsthand. Click on this link for more information about this exceptional experiential learning opportunity.
By participating in the program, students may discover new interests and passions, better understand the skills and jobs of the future, and be inspired to make informed decisions about their college choices and career paths.
We encourage all interested students to register now by visiting WiTT's website, and we look forward to welcoming a diverse and dynamic group of young women to the program.

The Potentia Leadership Summit is a 5-day immersive program that empowers high school girls to become ethical, tech-literate leaders in a world shaped by artificial intelligence (AI) and emerging technologies.
Students gain real-world understanding of AI, explore its impact on society, and develop the skills to lead with creativity, confidence, and conscience. This isn’t about tech for tech’s sake—it’s about using technology as a tool for justice, innovation, and purpose.
WHY IT MATTERS
The future is being shaped by algorithms, data, and digital platforms. Students need more than access to technology—they need the tools to question it, influence it, and use it responsibly.
WHAT STUDENTS WILL LEARN & DO
This year, Leadership Summit participants will take a special trip to Gresham Smith, a nationally recognized firm in architecture, design, and engineering. This immersive, behind-the-scenes experience offers a rare glimpse into cutting-edge innovation and real-world career pathways.
CULMINATING SHOWCASE
The summit concludes with a powerful showcase where students lead a team-designed session on a pressing tech issue. Designed to inform and inspire peers, families, and the broader community, this final project marks their shift from learning about the future to actively shaping it—and becomes a standout addition to college applications, portfolios, and scholarship essays.
