Potentia Ambassador Program

The Ambassador Program is a journey in leadership, impact, community, and future-readiness. It is designed for high school girls who participated in at least one Potentia360 program and want to continue their involvement to give back, lead initiatives, and expand the reach of our mission.  

Ambassadors grow through a supportive network of peers and women leaders, gaining the guidance, skills, and confidence to lead and excel in their roles.

 Training & Support

• Kickoff leadership retreat and orientation
• Monthly leadership development workshops
• Access to leadership resources, toolkits, and templates 

Ambassadors can choose from the following ways to lead and contribute:

• Start or lead a Potentia360 Club at their school, building a community of future leaders.
• Recruit peers to participate in Inspire360 Industry Days and expand the movement.
• Coordinate a social or fundraising event that strengthens the community and supports our mission.
• Lead or support signature experiences such as the Summer Summit or Gala.
• Promote Potentia360 through storytelling, advocacy, and creative outreach.
